夏は サモサ！

つい最近の出来事です。 アイスクリーム のお店があったので 夫に、「ソフトクリームにする？ シェイクにする？」と聞いたところ 「シェイクは疲れるから嫌だ」 という言葉が返ってきて 、大変ショックを受けました。 ３０代後半です。 そろそろ体力も落ちかけて来ているにしろ シェイクを吸うのが面倒だとは、もう完全に おじさんですね。 北海道もだんだん暑くなってきています。 そこで、ニンニク たっぷりで美味しい 簡単に出来る 【サモサ】 を作ってみました。  材料／ 薄切りの豚肉（適当）たまねぎ（半個）、じゃがイモ、（１個） 春巻きの皮（大）、レトルトカレー（辛口）１袋、ガラムマサラ、 にんにく、ケチャップ少々、バター （作り方） � ，犬磴�イモ1個を賽の目に切って、茹でてザルにあげておく。 �▲侫薀ぅ僖鵐鵑縫�リーブオイルをひいて、みじんぎりのたまねぎを ニンニクで炒める。 ��たまねぎが、キツネ色になったら、適当に小さく切った豚肉を入れ、 一緒に熱心に炒める �ぜ，法↓△鉢�に、じゃがイモ レトルトのカレー、ガラムマサラ、バター、 ケチャップ少々、塩、胡椒を入れて炒め、冷ましておく。 �ヂ臠修僚婀�きの皮を、３等分し、冷ましていた具材を 三角に折った、春巻きの中に入れて、油で揚げる。
これを食べてスタミナがついたら うちの夫も 昔のようにシェイクを吸えるようになるかしら・・・。 皆さんも、夏バテには気をつけて下さいね。 |
